just because sopmething is 'faked' doesnt mean its automatically 'shopped
theyre hair falls and wigs, look closely, the hair colour of the art pieces dont quite match up to the natural hair colour of the models in most cases
because they used so much chemie that it is darkend and its also shining... possible to do this
My wife is a hair dresser and I showed her these pictures. She says they are real, and she's seen better at the hair shows she always attends. She does say, however, that sometimes these are premade with hair pieces (real hair though) and then they attach that to the models hair.
I could some what imagine this hairstyle grown into society in the future...

If you go onto the website of the designer who did this, he calls them "hair hats." He even said it wasn't real.
